PleaseCall to Schedule Appointment...

As you can imagine, our office if very fast paced, and we want to be able to give you our undivided attention when we meet.  Therefore, as opposed to just dropping in, please kindly call to make an appointment if you wish to meet us in person and/or to tour Gatherings.  If you just drop in, we may not have the time at that exact moment to devote to you and we do not want you to waste your time, nor do we want to appear unhelpful, because that is not the case. It's just very possible that we could be in the middle of handling some extremely important details for an upcoming event and I'm sure you would want the same courtesy of our concentration being fully on your event if it were yours that we were working on.
